The recent case of one James Younger has once again brought critical attention to the so-called ‘transgender rights’ movement madness which has gripped society with astonishing speed. Perhaps some of you haven’t heard about James, a 7-year-old boy embroiled existentially against his will in a divorce settlement with some very unusual details. This case takes place in Dallas, Texas with James’ biological father, Jeffrey Younger who is trying to keep his soon-to-be ex-wife from forcing young James to “transition” to becoming a “girl.” In a Dallas family court, it was ruled by a jury on October 21, 2019, that sole custody of James should go to the wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas, which would make her the sole authority over medical decisions for her son.
HR-5 is the designation given to “The Equality Act,” which was passed on May 17, 2019, in the House. It now heads to the U.S. Senate where the prospects of passage are somewhat bleak. However, this should not be taken as either the final word by the government nor as a solid victory if the legislation does not pass. HR-5 is a harmful expansion of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes of people.
This effort is extremely dangerous and potentially deadly for the innocent victims of ‘trans-fraud’, the helpless children. Children whose lives will be needlessly traumatized and for almost half of them will result in death by their own hands.
This journal has chronicled the devastating and dangerous movement to enshrine “transgenderism” as a basic human right on several occasions. In the past few years, advocates of this reality-denying cult have begun to quietly manipulate the legal system to their ends, especially concerning what can only be called forced transitioning of young children.
The first three parts of this series dealt with the leftist distortions of climate change, abortion, and transgenderism. Part four examines the Left’s erroneous ideas concerning economics. Economics is not a ‘hard’ science in the same way as physics or mathematics. However, economics directly affects ordinary people more than most ‘hard’ sciences. That is seen whether one is discussing a wealthy nation, such as the United States, or an impoverished country in the third […]
There has been a meteoric rise in the acceptance of transgenderism as a human right. It has garnered enough support from the Left that to question transgenderism is to be ‘transphobic’ and disqualified from the discussion. The tragic fact is transgenderism is worse than unscientific. It produces substantial harm to individuals and the general public. The Left has adopted this to further a cultural narrative, regardless of the tragic […]
The world received their first look at the slow, state-ordered death of an infant with the case of Charlie Gard last July. Charlie Gard died Friday, July 28, 2017, after his life support was turned off while in hospice care in Great Britain. Actually, Charlie was forced to die because the government of a once-good nation said he must. That “once-good nation,” is the United Kingdom. That nation is now […]
As the year 2017 draws to a close, there will be inevitable reminiscing about the most important stories of the past 12 months. President Trump’s first year will certainly be considered one, if not the number one most important story. Some might rightly claim that 2017 was the year of the “sexual scandals” that exploded in almost every area of the public arena. When one looks beyond the United States, […]
