The recent mass shootings in El Paso, TX, and Dayton, Ohio this past weekend have once again turned the political spotlight on the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. HR-5 is a harmful expansion of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes of people.
